AllTranstek promotes James Dinell to lead Technical Services Team

AllTranstek, L.L.C. recently announced the promotion of James Dinell to Vice President, Technical Services. This promotion will allow for the continued focus and growth of this highly specialized segment within AllTranstek’s portfolio of services.  As Vice President, Dinell has assumed overall responsibility for the day-to-day operations of AllTranstek’s four industry leading technical groups – nondestructive testing, welding & special processes, regulatory compliance, fleet engineering, and inspection services.

 

Dinell joined AllTranstek in 1999 where he was instrumental in the formation of AllTranstek’s technical services group, and during his tenure, held a progression of leadership roles within the company.  Dinell holds the distinction as an ASNT Level III certification in 8 methods of nondestructive testing and is an American Welding Society Senior Certified Welding Inspector.  He has also been a prominent voice on many AAR task forces and served as the chairman of the AAR Appendix T Task Force for over 11 years.

Promotion of Allison Bernabei at AllTranstek Improves Customer Impact

Downers Grove, IL: AllTranstek, L.L.C. recently announced the promotion of Allison Bernabei to Vice President of Fleet Management Services.

This appointment will unite the fleet management group, which is comprised of three service teams in our Downers Grove, IL and Houston, TX locations, creating a cohesive experience for our customers and our employees.

In her expanded role, Bernabei will focus the core business unit on defining customer requirements and expectations, increasing communication and improving efficiencies while continuing to deliver industry leading service.

Bernabei joined AllTranstek in 1997 and has held a series of progressive leadership positions which have led to the expansion of AllTranstek’s product and services offering.

AllTranstek Restructures Executive Team and Prepares for Growth

Downers Grove, IL, October 5, 2015 — AllTranstek, LLC, North America’s largest commercial rail transport management and consulting firm, today announced several organizational changes. These changes allow AllTranstek to better meet the needs of its growing client base, allow AllTranstek to develop new tools its clients require to remain profitable, aid AllTranstek in maintaining its position as the leading innovator in the rail equipment management and consulting sector, and further AllTranstek’s expansion.

Jeffery J. Wilson, the company’s Chief Operating Officer since 2004, has been promoted to president of AllTranstek, where he will oversee all aspects of the company, including its growth. Mr. Wilson has held many leadership roles in the rail industry over the past thirty years, including nearly ten years with GATX and was a founding partner of AllTrans Management Services Corporation, which became AllTranstek, LLC in 2000. Mr. Wilson received his MBA from DePaul University and an undergraduate degree in Business Management from the University of Illinois at Chicago.

The company will be conducting a nationwide candidate search to fill the vacated role of Chief Operating Officer.

Richard J. Kloster, who has led AllTranstek’s strategic and technical services groups for the past three years, has been promoted to senior vice president and chief marketing officer. Mr. Kloster’s primary role will be to direct AllTranstek’s strategic, new business development, marketing, and commercial efforts. Mr. Kloster brings with him years of marketing and consulting experience, including his work with FTR Associates, his founding of a successful consulting practice that was acquired by AllTranstek in 2012, and a prior career at General Electric and several railroads. Mr. Kloster is a frequent presenter and facilitator to the industry. He obtained his Master’s degree in Marketing from the University of Alabama, where he also completed post-graduate work. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of the National Industrial Transportation League and holds three patents for rail equipment innovations.
