2024 Ad Valorem Tax Filing Deadlines

This is a reminder that effective May 1, 2029, the US Department of Transportation (DOT) will prohibit the use of legacy DOT-111 and enhanced CPC-1232 (DOT-111) tank cars for the transportation of all Class 3 flammable liquids, which will include Packing Group II and III, in the United States, including residue shipments.

This is a reminder that M-1003 certified facility's Quality Assurance Programs must be updated to reflect the new revision by August 2, 2026.
