The July 2026 AAR Office Manual update delivers faster, more efficient claims resolution for railcar owners.
The 2026 AAR Office Manual introduced a new Auto Endorsement process for qualifying Rule 103 Joint Inspection Certificates (JICs). This gives railcar owners a clear path forward when a damaging railroad does not respond.
Thanks to industry feedback provided during the AAR rule development process, the July 2026 update significantly improves this new process.
