Salco UHMWPE Lined Pressure Plates

Per CPC-1411 (September 21, 2023)

 

The AAR TCC requires that tank cars equipped with Salco UHMWPE lined pressure plates must not be offered in interchange loaded after December 20, 2023. Residue tank cars must not be offered in interchange after January 19, 2024. This is in response to NARs attributed to the component.
