Comments on PHMSA ANPRM (HM–265A)

This is a reminder that PHMSA issued an advanced notice of proposed rulemaking (HM-265A ANPRM) on July 7^th. PHMSA is considering proposing revisions to the hazardous materials regulations (HMR), including 46 multi-modal issues. PHMSA is seeking input from stakeholders and to collect more information from the industry.  If you wish to provide comments to the HM265A ANPRM, you have until the deadline of October 3, 2023.
