Jerry brings nearly four decades of experience to AllTranstek, including plant manager positions at Rescar's Cedar Rapids, Iowa and Hudson, Colorado repair facilities. His background includes the management of third-party client car inspection projects, startup operations, M-1002 and M-1003 certification and implementation, extensive knowledge of the Association of American Railroads standards and Federal Railroad Administration regulations, facility permitting requirements, procedure development, inventory purchasing and management, and the preparation of operating budgets. In addition to his other consulting activities, Jerry is responsible for organizing and managing all of AllTranstek’s independent car inspection services.
Jerry's background includes all phases of tank car repairs as well as hopper cars and freight cars. In addition, Jerry managed Rescar's mobile repair unit performing inspections, maintenance, and general repairs. He supervised the inspection department and performed inbound inspections, creating billing repair cards including preparing JIC's (Joint Inspection Certificates) with many major U.S Railroads and railcar owners. Further experience for Jerry includes working as a rail operations manager overseeing all aspects of daily operations.
Tonya began her career as a welder, building new tank cars before progressing to QA group facilitator for tank and hopper car builds. She obtains AWS/CWI, AAR Auditor, and Bubble Leak Level 2. Tonya has extensive knowledge in all NDTs, coating inspection, and writing process and procedures. Tonya also possesses knowledge of the repair car side of the industry, from auditing JICs and BRCs to consulting for the startup of repair car facilities.
Scott's background includes all phases of tank car repairs to include valve repairs as well as hopper cars, freight cars and articulated cars, along with experience as a general manager. His work experience also includes outbound inspections, rail car inspections, interior/exterior coating inspections, repair/inspection billing, root cause analysis, and auditing.
After ten years in the oil industry, Jimmy transitioned to the rail industry where he began repairing tank cars and valves as well as hopper and freight cars. Jimmy managed mini shops and mobile units performing inspections, maintenance on tank cars, and general repairs. Additionally, he supervised the overall maintenance of a fleet of cars and supervised the everyday service calls for a mobile unit.
Ronnie Mac’s began his rail industry career repairing tank cars and valves as well as hopper and freight cars. Additional previous experience includes management of mini shops and mobile units performing inspections, maintenance on tank cars, and general repairs. During his time with Rescar, Ronnie Mac supervised the valve and inspection departments. His background also includes 10 years experience prior to the rail industry fabricating pressure vessels and bridge components, blue prints, welding, fitting and layout work.
Richard is experienced in inspection, including JIC prep, welding, nondestructive testing and quality assurance (QA). Previously employed at AllTranstek's parent company, Rescar, Richard's experience includes positions such as QA Manager, Inspection Department supervisor and repair shop lead.

Based in Houston, Mike brings over four decades of railcar mechanical repair and inspection experience to AllTranstek. Mike's background includes repair experience for both tank cars and freight cars. He is familiar with new car construction and has been performing field inspections and reporting since 1982. Mike was a member of the AAR Tank Car Committee for 3 years and has been a NACE certified coating inspector since 1992.

Chec’s background includes all facets of freight and tank car repair. He is experienced in every step of the repair process, from sandblasting to management. Chec holds a BS in Engineering and by trade is a master welder, fitter, fabricator. Chec is well versed in process design, blue prints, quality control, situational analysis, and efficiency.
