Jeff brings extensive industry knowledge and leadership to the AllTranstek team. Encouraging creativity and the use of innovative tools has allowed Jeff to cultivate an environment of collaboration and operational excellence. In 1994, after 10 successful years at GATX where he held progressive roles in management including Purchasing, Transportation Management, Traffic, Foreign Car Management, and Mileage Accounting, Jeff and his business partner founded AllTrans, a fleet management services company. Jeff was instrumental in the development of the proprietary fleet management platform that is today called FleetWatch®. Recognizing the synergies in Fleet Management and Technical Services, in 2000, Jeff championed the merger with Transtek Solutions, a Technical Consulting Services company, and AllTranstek was formed. The new company created a unique, independent service company to support the rail industry. Today, with over 100 employees, AllTranstek serves as the industry benchmark in comprehensive Fleet Management and Technical Consulting expertise.
As Chief Operating Officer, Andy is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the AllTranstek service offering departments including Fleet Management, Client Services, Regulatory Compliance, NDT/Special Services, and Inspection Services. Andy has an extensive background in the operation of railcar repair facilities including heavy tank car repairs, alterations and conversion programs. Prior to joining the AllTranstek team, Andy served as Senior Vice President of GBW Railcar Services, Senior Vice president at Watco Mechanical Services, and spent over 32 years working for Rescar Companies in a variety of labor and management positions. He was one of the initial members of the Transtek Solutions team which became AllTranstek, LLC in 2000.

Jim’s department offers NDT (nondestructive testing) and welding technical support for over 40 customers in the rail industry. He oversees 7 NDT level IIIs and technical support consultants. His duties include NDT training, creating procedures, and auditing NDT programs. He supports customers with FRA and AAR issues and findings. Jim formerly served as manager of inspection services and quality assurance engineer at which time his duties included inspection, NDT, and technical support for tank car repair facilities. Jim is a member of several AAR task forces and was chairman of the AAR Appendix T task force for over 11 years. He is also a member of the American Society of Nondestructive Testing and the American Welding Society. Jim has ASNT NDT Level IIIs in 8 NDT Methods (LT, UT, IR , MT, PT, VT, RT, and AE) and is a Senior AWS CWI.

Allison is an integral part of AllTranstek’s growth, working closely to help all customer needs and assisting with streamlining access to inspection, engineering, report development, regulatory and engineering support. She specializes in new customer onboarding, interpretation of customer requirements, system set up, internal employee training, and process flow.

Dick manages 35 technical, operational, commercial, economic, and strategic consultants. Additionally, Dick collaborates with FTR Intel to produce the industry's leading rail equipment forecasts that serves car builders, leasing companies, component suppliers, investment firms, and rail industry operating companies. Before joining AllTranstek, Dick founded and was the president of the private transportation consulting company Advanced Rail Equipment Solutions, Inc. and was a principal in the FTR Consulting Group/FTR Intel. He worked in multiple marketing and managerial positions, including vice president of marketing at GE Rail. Dick currently serves as a board member for the National Industrial Transportation League. He is a frequent presenter within the industry and holds three patents for railcar innovations.

Matt coordinates the diverse development and company support functions that assist in the systems and daily functions for external partners and clients as well as internal departments. Matt held various positions at GATX Rail including industrial engineer, project coordinator, senior engineering database specialist, and senior business analyst before coming to AllTranstek. Matt is a member of the Institute of Industrial and Systems Engineers.

Nicole has an extensive business strategy and consulting background. Nicole joined AllTranstek to expand its strategic services practice by provide industry leading market research, analytics, forecasting, and rail-related consulting across the rail car supply chain. Nicole brings five years of experience from her role as business development manager at FreightCar America (NASDAQ: RAIL) where she led valuation analyses and due diligence of target acquisitions and leading company-wide strategic planning and organic growth activities.
